Selling Ice to an Eskimo

I know that Ego is an essential part of what us marketers who we are.   We believe we can sell any item if we have time and the program to sell it.   Though we think we are the hardest working person in the company, don’t forget that your team around you also plays vital roles in the successful campaign.

I just put this out as a reminder because I just the other day had a moment where I felt I had push a rock up a hill alone and then realized I had one of the hardest teams in the business at my back and pushing just as hard.   Let your team know that you appreciate them
